This work is in relation to reviewing management policies, corporate accounting standards, and regulations and treatment on tax law, to present the guidelines on corporate accounting, and handle settlement of accounts, financial analysis, external audit, tax affairs report, and payment.
Monthly/ quarterly/ half/annual profit and loss are determined, based on financial statements. A financial analysis helps the task of preparing financial statements and conducting financial audit.
Various taxes involving corporate tax and VAT (Value Added Tax) incurred by corporate activities are swiftly and accurately adjusted and paid.
The responsibility for work is to understand financial problems and funding conditions, in order to accomplish the upcoming business plan, present the direction for funds and financial affairs, in order to support stable management activities, and to establish the general affairs of funding and financing operation and plan.
Besides, the work requires investment, foreign exchange, settlement, bond management, and fund execution affairs.

The main aim for this work is to establish organization culture in order to maximize happiness and satisfaction of DS Group. Therefore, this work requires carrying out the task in relation to human resources, for example, such as recruitment/development/operation/reward, in order to attain the objective of management that DS Group pursues.
Specifically, there are the employment work to secure personnel that is necessary for business, organization/human resource operation work to design the organization, according to management environment and purpose, and assign employees, accordingly, and assessment/reward work to conduct a regular evaluation on individual competences and performances, and implement promotion and reward, based on such competences and performances, by presenting rational frameworks so that fair evaluation can be made, establishing and improving the corresponding reward system.
